The road to a new canada where Indigenous and western culture's unify and understand and live as one

Reconciliation
The process to total reconciliation is well on its way and everyone is hard at work. Indigenous are spreading their word and practices, exposing the truth. We are their to listen, to solve. We have created many programs and initiatives to properly repay our dues in the best way possible. Although never properly possible we have been making efforts. We have made reserves more stable and eliminated most unnecessary taxes for them as well. Work is left to be done but there is obvious progress everywhere. |
Reconciliation Organization
Reconciliation Canada is a well established organization based in Canada and they are committed to a brighter future for all Canadians with focus on the Indigenous population. They give out speeches in many places. They contribute many efforts in creating hands on and dialogue workshops. Plans are created by them to revitalize the relationship between the Indigenous and Canada in every aspect. They touch the environment and social domains. They implement themselves into communities around all over Canada to properly display Indigenous culture and something they believe in "We are one". |
The Progress of Reconciliation
I personally believe has come a long way since starting the apologies and promises but, I still think that there is much left to be done and noticed. We need to speed up the process even more than what we have. People are being introduced to the culture frequently and it is becoming part of Canada's bigger culture as it should be already. We have to focus on the discrimination and problems still left. Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women is an important and key thing as many women are being subject to terrible lives and unjust treatment. We gave them some systems and tax breaks. We gave them some land. We can do more and give them more land. We need to make sure the stability in communities they have. Education and living conditions need to be fixed immediately. They must life equally to us in their way. They need the ability to. |
